October’s T&D is our annual retro truck special and has treats galore for fans of historic trucks, including the Scammell Crusader Ed’s Choice, a restored ERF Olympic, a working Volvo F12, the story of Leyland and a visit to a top restorer in Wales. There’s still plenty of new trucks, though, including a Cab Kit Test pitting new Stralis against new XF, a heavy haulage trip to the Isle of Skye and a day at work with an unusual Volvo FH tipper and trailer.
