Truck & Driver’s resident health and fitness expert Vicky Hadley is coming to Convoy in the Park as part of Walker Movements’ stand.
Readers of T&D will be familiar with Vicky’s regular feature highlighting simple exercises that truck drivers can do without going to the gym, as well as giving tips on how to eat more healthily. Her videos demonstrating the exercises can also be found on T&D’s Facebook page.
At Convoy in the Park, which takes place at Donington Park on 21-22 July, Vicky will be showcasing some fitness skills and be leading visitors through some great demos!
Also, when you are at the Walker Movements stand, you can also ask her any fitness questions you may have and can even purchase a personalised training and nutrition plan tailored to getting you results done by Vicky too!
