DG McArdle fields flagship new Special Edition DAF XG+
Irish and European transport specialist DG McArdle International has just added a standout new truck to its fleet – a flagship DAF XG+ 530 75 Years Truck Production Special Edition.
Supplied by DAF Distributors Ireland (DDI), this limited-edition model celebrates 75 years of DAF truck production and takes its place among McArdle’s mixed-marque fleet, which already includes over 30 DAF tractor units.
The XG+ sits at the very top of the New Generation DAF range. The 75th anniversary model comes with a premium spec and only 75 have been made for customers across Europe.
McArdle’s new addition is number 64 – and the only one of its kind to hit the road in Ireland.
DG McArdle International, a family-run business founded in 1993, specialises in temperature-controlled transport across Ireland and Europe. Operating from its head office in Dundalk, with a transport base in Dublin, the company runs a large fleet of 4×2 tractor units and trailers.
Its services cover everything from general haulage and refrigerated transport to pharma, security, warehousing and logistics.
The new XG+ has already been assigned to a dedicated driver, who has given it a big thumbs-up for comfort and driveability.
