Two iconic show trucks for sale

Dan MacKenzie has run the two trucks pictured right for many years on the show circuit, raising funds for charity along the way. He’s putting them up for sale.

“My 1990 Peterbilt 379 has Elvis murals on it and my 1998 Renault Magnum shows American Indians [‘native Americans’ for the politically correct]. “We’ve done a lot of charity work – John o’ Groats to Land’s End for Macmillan Cancer and the local lifeboat.

We also did round the coast of Ireland and visited all the lifeboat stations in the north and south. When we go to shows we always have our charity boxes out. “I am now thinking of downsizing, as I’m 79 this year and it is getting harder to get ready for shows and travelling as we live near John o’ Groats. Would you know anyone who would be interested in buying them?” If anyone fancies either of these iconic trucks, get in touch with us and we’ll pass on your details.
