Severn Bridge charges to be reduced in January

Charges for trucks crossing over the Severn Bridge will be reduced in January, as the management of it transfers back to government ownership. Currently, Category 3 – which covers goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes – pay £20 daily to cross the Bridge, but from 8 January it will be £16.70, as prices will no longer be subject to VAT. From …
