Midlands-based Volvo dealership Hartshorne Group will be at Convoy in the Park promoting its recently opened Nottingham branch.
On its stand will be a fully restored 1976 Volvo F88 6×2 tag-axle tractor unit (pictured) and an FMX 8×4 tipper grab, both in the colours of customer Colson Transport. A Volvo FH16 750 6×4 tractor unit coupled to a 4-axle Faymonville beam trailer as well as a heavy haulage FH16 750 – both from Collins Earthworks – will also be on display.
The dealer will present an FH13 6×2 tractor unit run by Reynolds Recruitment; an FH4 500 in Fred Sherwood livery; an FH4 500 from Bulkfreight; and a Volvo FMX tipper with sleeper cab operated by Aggrecom. The event takes place at Donington Park on 22 and 23 July.
Depot supervisor at Hartshorne Group’s Nottingham branch Paul Stanley said “We are delighted to be able to support such a fantastic event. Our Nottingham depot has been open for 10 months, located in Kingston on Soar, and we are looking forward to letting customers know we are bringing the Hartshorne Group quality and Volvo Trucks back to the Nottingham area.”
